It was just packed in a poly bag so of course it would be broken. Not good enough M&S.

I love the frame but I'm deducting one star because it arrived simply wrapped in bubble wrap and a plastic envelope - no box! So of course the glass was broken into several pieces. I had to return it and go buy it in store. So, it's a great frame, just don't order it online.

Gorgeous frame. Lovely, simple and understated detail although still extremely 'pretty', without being garish. Just perfect for the purpose I'd intended.
