Sparkling Mount Bluff Brut NV

This wonderfully vibrant bottle fermented sparkling wine has enticing flavours of crisp green apple and citrus fruits with delicate hints of freshly baked biscuits and cream.

Prosecco

A lively, crisp Italian sparkling wine which is aromatic and fresh with light lemon, pear and apple flavours and a floral hint. It has a dry, wonderfully refreshing finish. This premium example of Prosecco was made by Loris Bonotto at his family estate.

About this bottle: Prosecco is the classic and popular dry sparkling wine of the Veneto region of north-east Italy. The grapes for it are traditionally grown among the beautiful hills of Valdobbiadene in a mild, dry Mediterranean climate close to the sea. This premium example of Prosecco was made by Loris Bonotto at his family estate. He has created a particularly dry, fruity, modern style of sparkling wine.

Los Molles Syrah

Vintage: 2014

A generously smooth Chilean red with ripe cherry, strawberry and plum flavours. Hints of chocolate and a spicy note lingers on the palate.

About this bottle: M&S Winemaker Jeneve Williams crafted this blend of 100% Syrah grapes in partnership with Filipe Muller of Tabali Winery, one of Chile’s most talented young winemakers, in the cool climate region of Limari on the edge of the northern desert. The fiercely bright, semi-arid conditions produce intensely flavoured grapes, leading to rich, elegant, brooding wines.

Burra Brook Chardonnay

Vintage: 2022

An elegant, lightly oaked Australian Chardonnay with flavours of spiced apricot and juicy white peach.

About this bottle: A stylish Australian Chardonnay with flavours of juicy stone fruits and vanilla blended using grapes sourced from a range of premium warm and cool climate areas. This flavoursome white wine has ripe tropical flavours and refreshing acidity with a hint of oak to soften the wine without overpowering its delightful fruitiness.

Lirac Les Closiers

Vintage: 2021

Deep red berry flavours and aromas of leather and spice dominate this elegant and voluptuously smooth full-bodied red.

About this bottle: Lirac is one of the Rhône valley’s 16 crus – the region’s top appellations whose distinctive wines stand out from its simpler Côtes du Rhône wines. The opulent example was made from classic Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault grapes.

Fete Du Gris Sauvignon Gris

Vintage: 2015

An expressive dry white wine made from Sauvignon Gris grapes showing aromas of lemon and rhubarb with a rich and round mouthfeel and crisp finish.

About this bottle: Related to the Sauvignon Blanc grape, Sauvignon Gris produces aromatic and highly complex wines. This wine was selected by M&S winemaker Belinda Kleinig working with the winemaking team at Foncalieu in the South of France. Foncalieu have been working to produce delicious and interesting wines from unusual grape varieties and we are delighted with this example.
