Wish I'd read the reviews first! They are, as others have said, not fit for purpose. The label claims the arch support stops them from slipping/moving - simply not true. They didn't last a 20 minute drive in the car without disappearing under my foot! Thankfully M&S refunded & colleague suggested I write this to warn others.

Great fit and lovely soft material. Would have given 5 stars but after a bit they tend to fall down a little at the back and they give off lots of black fluff until you’ve washed them.

The socks are very thick cotton so i find they make my feet hot when working out. I would prefer thinner material. Size upto 8 and for me they are a little too small so they keep coming off (im a 8.5)

Glad I only brought one pack of these trainer liners, they keep sliding off my heel. Had some good move ones before that were double lined and they were perfect
