Needed to replace our old pillows so back to good old M&S for these gems Yes they’re a little pricey, my immediate impression, but gave them a try and wow - you get what you pay for I figure Soft and comfortable - sleeping better - just the right amount of support for us two side sleepers

Great standard pillows, the carrier bag x2 pillows is fab idea, then if you wish to take your pillows with you when you go away to stay, simple to carry or use the bag to store clothes nice and tidy for next season.

I purchased these pillows under the M&S banner via the delivery service and expected quality goods. The order was placed for Ultimate comfort pillows, medium support for side and back sleepers. When they arrived, I found them to be worse than soft. Somehow either the labelling is incorrect, or they have slipped past M&S's QA procedures, I actually received extremely poor quality soft pillows. As a result, I will returning them myself to a store, to enable me to actually view what is available. This is not what is expected from a quality organisation.

Not that pleased with these pillows. Expensive for what they are. Says they are medium firmness. Well I would say very soft, no where near being medium. Would not buy again and would not recommend then for the price. Disappointing!

Felt great initially, but soon deflated. They now offer no support at all and are effectively useless as pillows. Very disappointing, considering these are not cheap items and are advertised as ‘ultimate comfort’.

Very lightweight and not much filling in them. Bought as other pillows for a bed but wouldn’t want to use them as main pillows. I certainly don’t think they warrant the price tag and unfortunately I could gauge the quality of them until I’d opened the pack. Wouldn’t buy them again.

Felt lovely and full at first, with a nice bounce back. Fast forward 3-4 weeks, the pillow is very flat, doesn’t bounce back as much, not matter how much you try, and quite frankly a complete waste of money.
