Our standard return policy for items bought is 35 days. This applies to both online and in-store purchases, except in case of sale items, which you have 14 days to return. You have 14 days for sale items bought online, unless otherwise stated; exclusions apply). If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange in our clothing and home stores (store returns only) or a full refund. For items bought in store:
Any clothing, home (excluding furniture) and beauty products can be taken to any ROI stores (excluding, Simply Food, or Applegreen stores) for a refund or exchange. Don’t forget to bring along your receipt.
For items bought online:
FAST, FREE, TRACKABLE returns available with our new digital returns process using the AnPost returns portal.

If you’re returning your order by post, you’ll need to generate a returns label online for free through the AnPost returns portal here.
You don’t need a returns label if you’re returning your order to one of our stores. You can use your digital order summary.

No, postal and home collection returns are free.
What is the school uniform returns policy?
What is the school uniform returns policy?
If you purchased school uniform between 15 July – 14 September, you’ll have 100 days (from the date of purchase) to return any item(s). School uniform purchases made from 15 September will have the standard 35 days for return.
The 100-day extended refund policy does not include footwear, underwear, tights, accessories or pre-embroidered school uniform.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns taken to our clothing and home stores will be processed the same day as your visit. Returns taken to our Simply Food take a little longer, so please allow up to 14 days for these to be processed.
The refund will be issued to the original payment card, usually within 3-5 working days; gifts will be refunded by credit receipt. If you paid using an e-gift card, we will email you within 72 hours. For orders paid for by gift card we will issue a new one to your billing address within 3-5 working days. Credit receipts are valid for 12 months in ROI stores only.

Billing Address:
You can change your billing address within 15 minutes of placing your order. Please contact customer services who will be able to do this for you.
Delivery Address:
You can change your delivery address within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please contact customer services who will be able to do this for you.
All other amends
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order we are unable to make any other amends. This means we cannot change your payment details or the quantity, size or colour of the item you've ordered. You can however cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

If you placed your order as a guest, it is not possible to cancel your order online. Contact customer services within 30 minutes of placing your order and they will be able to cancel it for you. After 30 minutes, customer services won't be able to cancel your order. Please note: we take payment as soon as you place your order so you might be charged. Once you've cancelled, the money will be refunded to you. That should be within the day however it can take up to five working days.

We may be dealing with a high volume of customer requests - please allow a little time for the email to come through to you. If you have any concerns about an order, please contact us.

We’re really sorry about that. Damaged or faulty items do not need their original packaging, be unworn or have their tags in order for us to refund you. If possible, please find your receipt or e-receipt and you can still return your faulty item after our standard returns period of 35 days has passed.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm. During busy periods, we may deliver outside of these hours.
Look out for any emails we have sent you that may contain important updates about your order. You can check the status of your order and access tracking information at any time in My Account.
