Cooling Contour Memory Foam Pillow

The cover is very poor quilty, on the second night of use the threads started to come out, have had to put a cover on it, to stop this.

This is my second purchase as the first one was excellent. I can see other reviews have noted that the firmness is not the same. It is supposed to be firm to provide the support for the neck. It’s not a deal breaker but has definitely changed

It is quite heavy but very comfortable and good for my neck. It is more contoured one end so you have a choice which suits your neck.

I purchased this to replace the one I had bought from M&S a little while back as I was happy with it. It was still serviceable, but I felt it time to get a new one. I had every expectation that this one would be the same, however, the materials & size have been changed. The memory foam is totally different & although comfortable, it does not retain its shape as well & does not return to shape as quickly. The pillow is also smaller. I don’t find it as supportive as the older style M&S sold because it flattens so easily. Getting used to it slowly (at the price I have to) but much prefer the older style one.

Disappointed in this item. Bought it as I’ve been suffering with neck pain. Although it is heavier than normal pillows and a little more comfortable it’s not helped with the pain.

Whilst this is cooling, it isn’t very firm and for a wriggly sleeper I found my neck aching as it felt like when I changed positions it felt like I was going ‘up hill’ to get back on the pillow. I always have a contour pillow but I didn’t like this one as much as others
