As per the duvet I purchased these are also excellent quality and value for money.

Great quality pillows but too hard for me to sleep in. Very deep. Hoping they soften.

I love every pillow I’ve bought from M&S, and this one didn’t disappoint. Perfect nights sleep with this option.

Dreadful...came out of pack flat as a pancake. Not sure how a pillow can be fluffy and hard at the same time, but these manage it! Good for two days, then became so flat they gave me neckache. Fab if you like flat pillows...but I need to keep my neck aligned to not wake up with a headache!

They seem quite good although I have yet to wash them. I don’t think they were worth the price paid.

Very comfortable pillows - we both sleep a lot better since we started using these pillows. With it being a recent purchase, unable to comment how they are when washed.

The pillows although medium were very firm. The material they are coated in makes them very warm and slightly crinkly to sleep on and obviously as they are washable the covering feels odd almost plasticky.
