Felt more like firm support. Caused severe neck pain

Not as cooling, still have to turn over halfway through the night as they get warm and already feeling lumpy after just a few weeks

Have had "cool" pillows before from a competitor. But M&S pillows frankly are not that cool

Just seem to be ordinary pillows, don’t make us cooler than normal. Very overpriced for what we have and to be honest wish we hadn’t bothered with them, far too overhyped.

This was purchased on a suggestion that cooling pillows really are effective for those of us who get too hot in bed. I was honestly sceptical, but thought new pillows are always great and why not try these out. Both myself and my husband have had improved sleep since the first night, definitely worth trying!!

Just the right level of support. Plump without being too firm. Keeps shape so far, without going flat in the middle.

Lovely plump pillows. Feel the need to be,cool in bed these days (it’s an age thing!). Bought with sparks del so can’t go wrong. Yea would def recommend

Good quality and great value Very comfortable. Soft but quite ‘chunky’ and you may struggle with a standard size pillow case. Otherwise recommended.

Thought these pillows would be cooler like the cool sheets but dont feel as cool. They are comfortable to sleep on although i never realised they were for side or back sleepers i sleep on my front but i still find them very comfy

Cook pillow's with comfort keep cool for few days but not work that good after that

So comfy great quality, plump and just the right firmness giving me a really great night sleep
