Competition mechanics:
For a chance to win €250 M&S Voucher, entrants will need to post a comment answering our M&S Christmas themed question as well as tagging a friend. Entrants will also need to ensure they are following Marks and Spencer Ireland (@marksandspencerireland) on Instagram.
The competition will run from 1st December until 8th December 2022, with three competition opportunities in total.

3. By entering the prize competition, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of M&S.
Entering the Competition
4. This prize competition is open only to Irish residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies are not permitted to enter.
5. The prize competition starts December 1st 2022 and finishes on December 8th 2022. To enter the competition participants will need post a comment answering a M&S Christmas themed question as well as tagging a friend. Entrants will also need to ensure they are following Marks and Spencer Ireland on Instagram - @marksandspencerireland
6. All eligible entries will be entered in the competition. Participants can enter multiple times. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
Choosing the Winners
7. Marks and Spencer will pick all the winners by December 8th.
8. M&S will notify the winners of the prize via direct message on Instagram. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by December 20th or is unable to take up the prize, then another winner will be selected.
The Prize
9. The winners must accept their prize in its entirety.
10. The winner will be asked to confirm their acceptance of the prize.
11. The winners must provide their full contact details (and identification information or proof of age, if required) and confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions and thus claim their prize.
12. Winners must agree to comply with confidentiality restriction.
General
13. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.
14. M&S’s decision is final and binding and M&S reserve the right to not enter into correspondence regarding the outcome of the competition.
15.No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.
16. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and guest and refuse giving a prize if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or winner or guest to be in breach of the terms and conditions.
17. Prize details are correct at date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of an equal or greater value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason, including the right to offer an alternative experience.
18. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the prize competition if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the prize competition is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the prize competition).
19. Provision of the prizes is subject to the winner (a) accepting all terms and conditions of third parties involved in the prize.
20. The entrants agree to assign all copyright and intellectual property developed during this prize competition exclusively to M&S.
21. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winners or other entrants that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the prize competition; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the prizes; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’s control that may cause the prize competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
22. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.
23. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the prize competition.
24. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
