Store collection is free on all fashion, home and beauty orders.
All delivery date options are shown at checkout. (Please note that this is subject to availability and may change depending on location, product type and carrier availability.)
Please remember to bring along your confirmation email. Stores will hold your order for 7 days after your arranged collection date.
Lost your confirmation email? No problem, we’ll just need your name, postcode, email address and phone number.

Standard Delivery is available for €4.50 or free on orders over €50.

Our couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm. During busy times, we may deliver outside these hours.

You can check the status of your order and find tracking information at any time in My Account. If you placed your order as a guest, click here for tracking information.
We'll keep you updated about your order via email - you'll initially receive an order confirmation from us, and we may also send you important updates about items in your order, including when they've been despatched.
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may have to send some items separately and these may occasionally be delivered by different couriers. Our couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm. During busy periods, we may deliver outside of these hours.

This could be because an item you've ordered has sold out before we could send it to you. Or, your order may simply be arriving in multiple parcels. Please allow a little extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven't heard from us, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

Not necessarily, but if your order needs to be signed for or if it's too large to fit through your letterbox we might not be able to deliver it. If you're out, we'll either try to find a neighbour to leave your package with or we'll leave a delivery card explaining what to do next.

Orders can only be delivered to one address. You’ll need to place separate orders for items that need to be delivered to different addresses.

We’re really sorry about that. If you have received any incorrect items, you must inform us within a reasonable period of time. Where possible, you will be asked to return the products to us using one of our free returns options. If it is not possible for you to return the item, and if you are eligible for a refund or replacement, this will be discussed at the point of contact.

Fashion & Home Orders:
We’ll hold your order at your chosen collection store for seven days after your selected collection date.
If you’re unable to collect your order by the seventh day, please contact our customer service team and they will be able to extend the collection period for you. Otherwise, your order will be returned and a refund will be issued to your original payment method only.
