Contour Firm Pillow

I purchased this 'neck support pillow' to support my neck and after only a week the inferior filling used is flattening. I wish I had not bought it M&S really need to get on-top of the quality of your products!

Not as firm as should be. Went flat fairly soon after purchase.

Very comfortable and also helps, for us, to reduce our neck aches

Selected the pillow because it said firm, but on the packet it says medium support. Could I suggest you change your description to medium.

Have finally managed to find the right shape of pillow I can actually put my head on and go to sleep with out constantly plumping it up!

Just right contour and firmness, resulting in a good night’s sleep.

The pillow was ok, except the section supporting the neck soon went flatter, so the purpose of buying it in the first place soon disappeared.
