This pillow is not too hard or not too soft and I found it comfortable from the start. The last pair I bought lasted a long time so they are well worth the money. The covering on the pillow is very comfortable.

I really like these pillows. I have slept very well since buying them. Some reviewers reported lumpy pillows. Mine were not lumpy at all. They have softed slightly in the couple of weeks that I have been using them but not so much that they have flattened, which is often the case with pillows. Very happy. So much so I ordered another set.

Having purchased this before these pillows are not the same as the ones I previously purchased they are much firmer and feel hard rather than soft and cozy. This is sad for me as I always have these pillows as they have been great and supportive as I have neck problems which cause headaches now I have no suitable pillow as the previous one has lost its bounce. I also cannot return them as a packaging is owned so a complete waste of money. If you want a firm pillow then these will be fine, but don’t buy them if you’re looking for a soft pillow.

The pillows are very well made but I found them hard and I could not sleep on them. Quite expensive for pillows that I can only use for show on the bed. I would not say they were soft as down.
