Pioneering puds
We’ve been perfecting the art of first-of-their-kind, totally-tempting desserts for decades. From our original melt-in-the-middle chocolate puddings in 2004 to our new melt-in-the-mouth chilled Yumnuts, there’s always a new idea up our sleeves…and a dessert spoon ready in our hands.
We take inspiration from everywhere – from the world’s best patisseries to the top social media trends, and work with our trusted suppliers to source the most delicious ingredients, from creamy Belgian chocolate to the very best Irish cream.
Yummy scrummy Yumnuts
Launched in 2020, our Yumnuts are a masterful mash-up between a yum yum and doughnut, and are as picture-perfect as they are delicious.
This summer we’re taking our bakery-favourite one step further and transforming it into a chilled dessert, hand-finished and filled with fresh Irish whipping cream.
Choose between fruity Eton Mess, with strawberry jam, raspberry fondant and meringue pieces, or Lemon Meringue, with Sicilian lemon curd, zingy lemon fondant and crispy meringue. Or try our Caramalised Biscuit Filled Yumnut with a spiced creme patisserie, hand-finished with toffee sauce and caramelised biscuit crumb.
Triple the treat
If you love chocolate mousse, our new Triple Layered Chocolate Mousse Cakes need to go right to the top of your next shopping list. A tempting trio of fluffy sponge cake, crispy chocolate wafer, and light chocolate mousse, these spectacular stacks are finished with indulgent sauces and the tastiest toppings. Plus, they’re all made with 100% Irish cream, making them extra rich and filled with flavour. Choose from Banoffee, with banana sponge, white chocolate mousse and salted caramel drizzle, Hazelnut Praline, with hazelnut cream, roasted hazelnuts and a chocolate hazelnut sauce, or Chocolate Brownie, with fudgy brownie pieces and a chocolate drizzle.
Top of the pots
And if that wasn’t enough chocolate mousse, the nation’s favourite caterpillar, Colin, has grabbed a spoonful of the action with his very own pudding pot! This milk chocolate mousse, made with fresh Irish cream, is topped with brownie pieces, Colin sprinkles, chocolate sauce, and a white chocolate Colin the Caterpillar face.
A trifle-y good combination
Our innovative Trifle Caked Alaska was such a hit when it launched at Christmas, it’s now back to grace dessert tables and picnic blankets this summer! We’ve taken all the best flavours of a trifle – sugar-soaked sponge, raspberries, toasted almonds and custard –and coated them in a Baked Alaska-style sweet and toasty mallow topping.
The middle of this popular pud is a luscious custard semi freddo, made with rich Irish whipping cream. Take it out of the freezer 60 minutes before serving, and get stuck in!

This is one of our most well-known and well-loved M&S puddings, famed for its soft, velvety sponge and rich, oozy Belgian chocolate sauce centre.
Our iconic Gastropub Chocolate Melt in the Middle Puddings have been delighting customers now for 20 years. Heat in the oven or microwave, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, and indulge in some serious chocolatey heaven.

Introducing our show-stopping new additions to the Mini Bites range, our all new Extremely Nutty Chocolate Hazelnut Mini Bites, made with silky smooth milk chocolate, and roasted hazelnuts. Or try our Sweet and Salty Chocolate Pretzel Fudge Mini Bites, Crunchy clusters of cornflakes, salted pretzels and fudge pieces covered in a yoghurt flavoured coating.

We have transformed three of Ireland’s desserts into mini cupcakes. Welcome our Mini Fruity Cupcakes, Irish strawberry and clotted cream, raspberry buttercream and meringue, and last but certainly not least Sicilian lemon curd. These are not just mouth-wateringly delicious; they are adorable too.
