Good quality but the medium aren’t quite as bouncy as the last pair I bought. They stay cool and are comfortable to sleep on though.

Useless pillows and not as described. Very poor quality and for a medium pillow this is ridiculous, so soft so not as per the description. Unable to return once pack open but how are you meant to see what the quality is like until you open? Very disappointing and unfortunately seems to becoming the norm with M&S items

Bought these for my husband who gets hot in bed and they work. Comfortable nights sleep and are playable enough to arrange for a comfortable nights sleep.

Complete waste of money should really have known better after 3 nights of use the pillows have significant dip where my head had been almost flat !!! The rest of the pillow has gone lumpy only fit for the bin ! Unable to return as have been used Think these are really the worst pillows I have ever bought very disappointed Marks and Spencer not fit for purpose

Squashy & soft, just the right support for my head
