These pillows were perfect for us. I had bought the soft pillows in this range but were not happy with them. The medium pillows are just right if you like feather pillows. I do not like polyester ones at all so am pleased to find some feather ones at a reasonable price.

These seem fine, for guest room so haven’t used yet, but I bought 2x medium and 2x firm so guests have a choice. Well made and smell that others have mentioned. Small niggle, these come in a useful zipped bag, but the ugly price labels don’t come off!

The Duck and feather down pillow is such us it is medium to soft and it’s moulds to the neck head and shoulders. It is a fabulous pillow. This is my third time of buying one over many years.

I really liked these pillows, but I tried to wash them per the instructions and it absolutely ruined them. They developed an awful odor. The pillows have become a saggy clump of feathers that simply won't dry no matter how long you leave them in the dryer. This is really disappointing. Following the washing instructions should not ruin them!
