Used this for a month now. It is cooler than normal pillowcases and my hair has a better appearance in the morning. Have not noticed an improvement in my skin to be honest.

If you currently have silk pillowcases and maybe wonder if they’re worth it. Be assured; they are. I have just returned from ten days in Palma, sleeping on cotton pillowcases. OMG! My wild curly Irish hair retuned with a bang and not in a good way. I have a set of very expensive silk pillow cases. The M&S pillow cases are just as good.
