More delivery help

  • No. Orders placed through marksandspencer.com/ie can only be delivered to the Republic of Ireland.

  • If you chose express delivery at checkout you’ll be able to track your order. Once your order has been despatched from our UK warehouse, we’ll send you an email with a link to track your delivery on the courier’s website.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to provide delivery tracking for orders placed with standard delivery.

Store collection is free and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready to collect. If there are any delays, we’ll also notify you via email.

  • This could be because an item you’ve ordered has sold out before we could send it to you. Or, your order may simply be arriving in multiple parcels. Please allow a little extra time for the next parcel to arrive. If something is missing and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

  • Not necessarily, but if your order needs to be signed for or if it’s too large to fit through your letterbox we might not be able to deliver it. If you’re out, we’ll either try to find a neighbour to leave your package with or we’ll leave a delivery card explaining what to do next.
