Unuseable!!!

No, I don't recommend this
I've not tried it yet, it's too thick for the bottle. Not as bad as another conditioner from M & S that it's replacing. If you can't make useable packaging how am I expected to trust you to make conditioner?

Lovely conditioner which smells nice. Made my hair nice and soft. As in other reviews it is very thick and hard to squeeze out the bottle.

Good product, not sticky or heavy, just a shame they no longer stock it in our local M&S which is a new large store, it seems silly to have to order on-line

LOVELY SHAMPOO, MADE MY HAIR FEEL SOFTER AND MORE NOURISHED… BUT DREADFUL BOTTLES TO DISPENSE SO DIFFICULT TO SQUEEZE OUT OF THE LID WOULD HAVE BEEN SO MUCH EASIER WITH A PUMP IV HAD BUY 2 BOTTLES WITH PUMPS FOR THE SHAMPOO/ CONDITIONER AND DECANT INTO THEM

Been using the Apothecary shampoo and conditioner for a while now and I love it. The scent is just lovely, the packaging looks premium in the bathroom and it leaves my hair beautifully shiny.

Great hair conditioner with a lovely fragrance. My only criticism is that it is very thick and difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. I have to remove the cap to release the conditioner.

Such a shame.

Bought with shampoo. Nice light conditioner which leaves my fine hair feeling manageable. However product spoilt by dispenser. Almost impossible to squeeze any out and eventually I have had to resort to unscrewing the top and banging the bottle to release a dollop onto my hand. Wouldn’t bother to buy again.

Disappointing bottle

Because the conditioner is so thick it’s almost impossible to squeeze out of the bottle after the first 4 or 5 attempts. Shame as it looks really great in my new bathroom.

Love this conditioner, usually use Aveda, but this is a fraction of the price! Will definitely buy again.

This conditioner is lovely on my hair. I have been using it for a few weeks and it feels luxurious. However it is a nightmare to get out of the bottle. Definitely needs a pump mechanism to match other items in the Apothecary range.

Disappointed

No, I don't recommend this
I love all the apothecary candle range etc but left really disappointed by the shampoo and conditioner. I expected a luxury feeling product but quite the opposite. Didn't feel nice on the hair and for some reason there was no ingredients on the back of the bottle - surely this is a requirement? Wouldn't purchase again.

This conditioner seems to work well. I used it following the same shampoo and am very pleased with the results. It seems to detangle and smooth my hair without leaving a residue. My hair is quite straight and this leaves it smooth and shiny with a little movement. Excellent value too.

Good product, only need a little and hair is much easier to untangle. Would prefer a pump dispenser, slippery to get out with wet hands
