poor quality material as one of the trousers ripped after a few days

No communication by email or app. I tried to get refund as only 1 pair of trousers in the set

There’s no give to the fabric and it’s quite stiff and rough. They were very uncomfortable apparently and were dismissed immediately. Sorry M&S

Ordered both the 16-17Yr and 17-18Yr sizes for comparison and there appeared to be little, if any, difference between the two sizes. Upon keeping the 16-17Yr trousers, spent a significant amount of effort in ironing out the numerous creases that were all over the trousers from manufacture and/or packing. Hopefully these ‘removed creases’ will stay removed at the next wash.

Great pair of trouser - lightweight and easy to wear and wash. Daughter loves wearing them!

Too wide in the hips and then overly tight on the legs

Great value. Pockets are much appreciated by the wearer. Good fitting in the length, (child is 13 but needs 17-18 as has v long legs!) but the waist is ginormous, so excellent that there is the facility to adjust it. Wash well, iron well and are water repellent so good for Winter.

The material is good for Summer time, but not thick enough for winter.

Trousers seemed good quality, but didn't fit my daughter.

Value for money but the fabric isn't as good as it used to be - much thinner with a different texture and not as warm. Also, the fastening is quite fiddly now a small button has been added to the inside in place of the much easier metal slide clip that was used before.
