Fell apart!

Unfortunately these shoes both literally fell apart after only a couple of weeks' wear. The sole totally came away from each shoe whilst at school and now one is totally irreparable. Really surprised and disappointed at the poor quality.

Unfortunately my son has been wearing these shoes to school for only 2 weeks and the sole has completely come off one of the shoes. It is unwearable, and I’ll be contacting M&S customer service to request a refund.

Bought these for my 5yo for school and he loves them. But he had a wee accident one day and got them soaked wet, I washed them in the machine worrying the leather might get damaged. However they turned out fine, shockingly.

I bought these for my grandson but got a size too big. I am amazed at how easy and quick it was to exchange for the correct size - the next day I was picking up his new shoes from the local store. The process was so easy too. These are really lovely shoes - I couldn't believe the very reasonable price for the quality!

Extremely well made shoe. I am very pleased. Thou when ordering on-line it’s worth ordering a few sizes to try on as on my boy he was actually a different size than the foot measurement.

Fell apart after 13 weeks

Lasted 13 weeks, no heavy wear (my son had short walk to school and didn’t use them to play sports, so I’d say relatively average use in that time). Sole started to detach at the front, the tread didn’t even have time to get worn down! These are the second pair of M&S school shoes we’ve bought that have lasted less than 3 months, we hoped the first pair was just a one off as they were a little cheaper. These were not the most expensive but would expect more use from them than less than a few months! Never again! M&S quality has really gone down hill.

Good school shoes - avoid the Clear pay as the price was incorrect in the parcel , and although I called marks and Spencer’s help line , and was assured it was resolved , it isn’t .
