2pk Hotel Soft Cotton Firm Pillows

Nice low cost pillows that I put below some duck down ones that I purchased at same time.

I bought these pillows because they are ‘firm’ but they’re softer than the firm pillows I wanted to replace!

I bought a 2 pack of firm pillows. I'm happy with the pillows, except that the pack contained 2 different pillows. One is firm and the other is a completely different level of firmness.

Its soft pillows and not firm as per the description. Guess no refund or exchange allowed for this product. Its bad experience.

Ripped at the seams all the insides were on the outside my other pair were ok luckily wasn’t happy as they are not cheap

I had 2 firm pillows from M&S before which were excellent but these were the opposite - anything but "firm". As I had opened the packaging I couldn't return them. I should've bought them in store, rather than online.

Bought in the sale. Definitely firm, possibly lost a bit of firmness with use. But good.

Excellent pillows, firm but not too firm! Good nights sleep.
