Vienna 4 Wheel Hard Shell Large Suitcase

purchased to go cruising, so minimal handling compared to airline staff throwing them around. On 2nd trip, one wheel completely disappeared so you try moving a case with 23+ kg in it on 3 wheels. It is flimsy and not fit for purpose in the large size. I need contact number to arrange return. I will only be purchasing a much sturdier replacement in this size for 3rd party handling

The suitcase is great value for money! It has fantastic space and is highly durable, I would highly recommend this suitcase to anyone.

i am very happy with this product. When ordering it, I knew that it was a middle of the road product but it certainly serves the purpose for which I bough it, and I am very happy with it.

Looks good, great colour and is very light. However more flimsy than I expected - so not sure just how durable it is.

Really disappointed, used it for one holiday, the zip broke whilst packing to come home had to put all of my clothes in other friends cases, poor quality dented on the corner when coming home

Nice looking suitcase. Finished well inside. Excellent value for money. Easy to move around.

This is the second case I’ve had and each case became quickly damaged after only a couple of flights. The first case I thought I had just been unlucky when it was damaged during a flight, but when it happed with the replacement case, after only the second flight, I feel it must be an indication of the poor quality. Previous cases I’ve used for many years and never became damaged. Surely a suitecase for travel must be able to withstand the rigours of aircraft handling.
