Still love this set after 6 months of use!

Yes, I recommend this
This is a beautiful bedding set. The photos do not do it justice in my opinion. The stripes are a burnt orange/brown colour, and paired with a burnt orange bedsheet and base pillowcases, looks fabulous in our spare room. Another comment said that the colour was dull. It's not dull but muted and calming. If you want a bright colour or pop of colour then buy a different set? Not sure it's a fair criticism as it's obvious from the photos it's not super colourful. We added some darker decorative cushions which look great. Washes well and no need to iron if you like the rustic look and material is nice and thick, cooling cotton.

Beautiful duvet cover but don’t try to iron it!

No, I don't recommend this
I bought the duvet cover for the master bedroom in my new cottage because it matched my colour scheme and had a relaxed seersucker effect which was in keeping with the feel of the room. I saw from a previous review that one purchaser had tried to iron it without success but, as I didn’t think it would need ironing, I bought it anyway. I washed it before using it and realised that the upper (seersucker) side of the cover had contracted to the extent that the underside of the cover (which is a plain cream cotton) was pulled round onto the upper side. I therefore decided that the cover DID need ironing. I had to stretch the seersucker in order to make it fit the underside and this took me about half an hour. I realise that this is a problem with seersucker but it has rather put me off using it so I have bought a plain muslin (linen) duvet set from another store which I am hoping requires less effort.

Impressed with the quality of this duvet set. Feels nice against the skin, very little ironing required and still loojs nice even after 10 days on the bed.

Dull colour duvet cover

Dull colour overall disappointed would have been better with a coral stripe or pale blue. I ironed it although a seersucker pattern but the pleats were too spaced out so looked unslightly
