Changed the material. Last years were thicker, more robust and held their shape after washing. These are nowhere near as good.

My daughter says it is really comfortable to wear . Weird smell when I wash them but when they dry the smell is gone .

I buy these every year and this year they was noticeable thinner. From the minute i looked at them it was obvious. They was see through and very thin material. Very disappointed as m&s uniforms have always been my first choice, but next year, i will be going to next or somewhere else..

My daughter loves this dress. Comes up quite big, she’s 8 and has only just outgrown her 6-7 years one, so ordered her 7-8 for the new school year. Washes easily, no need to iron and looks smart on!

Similar issue with all the pinafores I have purchased from M&S this year for the return to school. The sizing on these are terrible! Used previous 2 years with no issue at all. 6-7 is now too short and a bit tight under the arms but the 7-8 is just absolutely massive!
