These socks are cotton rich and this particular design has quite small/flat toe seams. Quite often socks have hard ridged seams at the toe and can be painful on my feet,

I have been buying this style of sock from M&S for over 50 years and was very disappointed that these no longer fit. The size is 6-81/2 and I take a size 7 shoe, but these are much too large. If the heel is in the right place the toe extends over 2 cm past my toes and if the toes is in the right place the heel is up the back of my foot,

Its rather handy to have the toes and heal of the socks all in different colours and patterns makes life easier pairing them up again, brought the larger size 12 rather than my size 11 and they are a good fit and a reasonable price would definitely buy them again
