This light is suitable for use outside, but the mains adaptor needs to be inside or in a weatherproof outdoor socket. The outdoor socket should have a cover and a rubber seam to keep out moisture and be rated IP44. If you do no have an outdoor socket you can feed the cable into a garage, outbuilding, shed, or through a window.

I was disappointed with this tree. The lights were very yellow and not what I consider warm white. I also thought the stand was flimsy and as I wanted these for outside I have returned the tree

Delighted with this pretty tree, I bought the white one with warm white lights for indoors though nice to have the option of outdoor use. It took just a few minutes to put together and arrange the flexible branches. The twiggy part lifts of the stem so it packs away into its slimline box for easy storage. It is generously lit and at 6ft makes a statement without taking up too much room. Very happy and will buy a second one if it is available again next year.

Everyone loves this tree, it gives a lovely warm white glow and is likely to be up throughout the winter rather than just in the Christmas season. It’s easy to put together and has a really long flex for indoors or outdoors, but we’re keeping it in the kitchen.

I bought the large pre lit tree for Christmas. The quality is very good for the price. Made of quality materials, and easy to put together. I bought it to go outside for Christmas but I’ve decided to enjoy it in doors instead. I would thoroughly recommend this product.

Really pleased with this. Says foe outside and has large pole which can be added to make it 6ft, but makes it very bare at the bottom. We have inside without pole and have added some christmas decorations. Was a third of the price compared to ones at garden centre.
