Having the longer length available is great, I had a long wait to order them previously. Far better appearance with the longer sleeves and they stay tucked in. I hope that quality is as good as my previous order, I leave them in the packet for easier packing and press them when I get to my destination.

Shame about the button holes. A great looking and fitting shirt which would offer brilliant value for money but let down by impossible button holes which are too small for the buttons. Returned.

Ridiculously folded packaging, I had to wash the shirt in order to get it in a state that it could be ironed. Surely, (at the price), a better folding procedure can be adopted.

Very disappointed cufflink missing label stuck

Very disappointed cufflink missing grubby marks other one had a sticker on the front which was hard to remove. Didn’t have time to go back to Cambridge to return as over 14 miles away. Just offered small gift voucher. I think a new one with cufflink should have been sent to me and I could have returned the one that had missing cufflink free post. They are needed for a cruise. Just don’t stick labels on the front of clothing had to sponge grubby marks. Things should be thoroughly checked before selling. I didn’t expect this from M &S

Bought a longer length as my husband has a longer body and shorter legs, he agreed it was a good fit but found the buttons fiddly. I took over and did the buttons. It was for NYE and the black buttons were very smart against the pure white shirt.
