Amelia Floor Lamp

We are very pleased with this floor lamp, having now had it for a little while. I would say, however, that we struggled to put it together and, ideally, you may require two people. We also ordered the matching table lamp at the same time and, unfortunately, the colour of the lamp shade is a slightly darker cream than the floor lamp.

The lamp does not stand up. There is nothing to screw the base to the lamp pole and the wire is impossible to pull through. No instructions have come with the lamp either. Returning this item but it is a shame as it looks lovely

Gorgeous lamp with a lovely design and lampshade however, the assembly of the lamp itself is the worst design I've ever seen. You have to pull the cord through the base which is terribly stiff and hard to do, especially with one person. The neck of the lamp does not screw onto the base as suggested. Pulling the cord taught through the base and using super/wood glue is the only solution. Disappointing for the price.
