Arc Floor Lamp

Great addition to refurbished living room, sturdy base and the the large shade a lovely subtle grey , very classy, definitely a great buy even in a smallish room.

I absolutely love this lamp, the shade is nice and big, just what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

We needed an overhead lamp that was more economical to run than previous halogen lamp uplighter. Very pleased with tis lamp as provides light for reading and doesn't upset eyes, as no dimmer.

Very pleased with this floor lamp , it arrived on stated day and time of delivery. It was well packed perhaps a little too much lots of cardboard! Easy to assemble and looks great over our armchair

Great item for the price. The shade is a grey/blue. The pole is a stainless steel silver, I’ve knocked 1 star just because the pole could look more expensive.

This absolutely fits the bill for what I was looking for and I really shopped around! - an arc lamp that has a vertical stand and then arcs, rather than a full arc from the base. It's a bonus that the height is adjustable if you want it and a bigger plus that the shade can be angled. Perfect size and colour of shade for my decor. I'm delighted and it has been well admired. Would recommend two people to fit it together and to join the two parts together horizontally on the floor rather than it in an upright position (it would not screw together in this position). Agree with other reviews that there is lots of packaging, but it properly protected all the sections and especially the shade so I'm not complaining ... and all the cardboard has gone in the recycling. Like other reviews mention there are a couple of small flaws on the shade which is very disappointing and annoying and M&S really should be addressing this - unfortunately they are at opposite sides of the shade so I can't hide them both, but you don't see them in daylight, only when the bulb is on ... and most people are looking at each other/the food around the table, not up at the shade but I have dropped a star because of this as after all that's the main focal point of the item! Competitively priced and good quality.

Lovely looking lamp but design issues. When you screw the uprights in the cord twists revealing what looks like rust on the cord. The base does not give sufficient stability to the lamp. All in all I am disappointed with this lamp.

Beautiful lamp…just what we wanted. Easy to assemble.

Bit stiff putting it together - thought the screw part wouldn’t fit at first. However, managed it with a bit of brute force and it looks great.
