Initially, I was thrilled to find a waterproof protector made with 100% cotton outer, unfortunately, the skirt does NOT fit my 24cm deep mattress, and it is made with some type of stretchy manmade fabric that is not mentioned on the product description. POOR FIT: According to the size chart stating that this is suitable for mattress depths up to 30cm, I expect this protector to completely cover the sides, with enough fabric to securely tuck under the mattress. However, the fully elasticated skirt cannot be pulled down to cover the mattress sides entirely. On measuring the skirt, it is only about 22cm unstretched, so I struggle to see how it can properly fit a mattress up to 30cm deep as claimed. POOR WEB INFO: For a product that cannot be returned unless faulty, the web product information should be far more detailed and accurate. I found the shopping experience very frustrating, for the important skirt, there is no mentioning of the depth, material, and whether it is fully or partially elasticated. I had to look through a busy size chart that only shows what mattress depth it is suitable for rather than the depth of the skirt. On the positive note, the protector looks very well made and feels like high quality ( so it should for this price!!) The padding is luxuriously thick and yet, not too heavy to launder in my 7kg machine.

Exactly as advertised and looks good too. As soon as I put it on the bed looked flat and smooth.

Totally agree with the positive reviews I read before purchase. Great neat fit and just what I needed for my new mattress. A bit more pricey than some but I decided as I’d just spent out on a lovely mattress it was worth it.

Delighted with my purchase and having read the reviews before I bought it, I agree it’s worth the extra cost and you’d never know it was waterproof when sleeping on it, it doesn’t feel any different from our previous non-waterproof protector.
