Good quality and comfortable

The product came when expected. It was well packaged and even had a really good storage bag. It is great quality and fit really well. I can’t honestly say that I noticed it having any cooling properties and would not have said that it had any specific qualities that would make that the case but as a mattress topper which added greater depth and comfort and will help to protect the mattress it was perfect and I would definitely consider buying for other beds in the house.

I bought an expensive mattress but it’s a bit too hard, a pity as I was testing the shop sample which probably softened with bodies. The topper has helped hugely but now had to buy all superking sheets to fit both bed mattress and topper but has made a huge difference with being softer. Happy I bought it.

No, I don't recommend this
Bought for a new mattress which was too firm. Very comfortable, only marking down a star as you can’t wash it. I’ve put a thinner mattress topper over it to try and protect it.

Disappointed

I bought this mainly for the "cooling" aspect and am finding it not very cooling at all. For the price I am disappointed and feel I made a mistake.

This mattress is deep and luxurious, and a more competitive price than the various others I have investigated. You can always rely on M & S! To

Great topper for a caravan king!

Bought to add on to my king size caravan bed. Previously bought a very cheap topper which did very little. This was the thickest one I could find and has made a great difference and the best I’ve tried. Now have no need to spend a fortune and buy a new mattress!

I was quite worried this topper wouldn't live up to the M&S one I'd had for years but I have been pleasantly surprised. I havent slept so well for a long time it is very comfy.

I bought this as my current mattress topper is too thin, this is certainly very comfortable. It’s described as a cool mattress and I’m not sure why as I don’t see any benefit in terms of temperature but very good quality.
