a good mattress cover but elastication around the border could be stronger to prevent movement of cover

Good quality mattress protector fits our double bed perfectly deep sides, not washed yet but very pleased so far.

Good quality product. Not sure about the cooling affect, but it might be me with the menopause 🤭

Excellent quality, well padded and body temperature control make me feel comfortable when sleeping.

Haven't sweated once in bed since I put this protector on. Slightly padded and comfortable. Would recommend.

I needed a new mattress protector. The other ones I had seen in other shops were thin and not well padded. The M&S Body Temperature Controlled Mattress protector is great. There is more padding. It feels more premium. The quality is better. I must admit, I was sceptical about the body temperature thing, but it works. Definitely happy I brought this.

Bought for my teenage daughter’s bed as mattress a little older. This has made her bed more comfortable again and she is really pleased with it. Only thing is that it is slightly too big for her double mattress. Both a little too deep and wide so it does bunch up under the sheet a bit through the night and is why I have knocked a star off the rating. If it were smaller and stretched out more it would be perfect so we are going to stitch it in places to make it tighter.

Unfortunately i was very disappointed with this product. The elasticated sides are not ¨tight´enough so the protector moves all over the bed. The fabric that the sides are made from is too flimsy which again means it is not a tight fit.

Slept so much better since replacing my mattress protector with this. Highly recommend.

This is the 1st time I have bought a mattress cover from M&S but having used one for about 20 years I am very pleased with the purchase. It comes in a very neat plastic bag and surprisingly is quite light. The double size fits perfectly over my mattress and is held in position with elasticated ends and so far holds its position perfectly well. The washing instructions are quite clear but as yet not tried. So far we have not been too hot or cold so has coped with fairly cold nights and also warmer nights.

Fits my deep 5’ bed very well without slippage. Washes and dries quickly in a washing machine - same day although I bought a 2nd one for convenience.
