Too big and useless

We ordered the double size but it's far too big. Its the length of a king size and almost the same width, so it was completely useless and we had has to return it. Total waste of time and unbelievable that they can't get the sizing correct

I have a king size mattress so I bought the king size mattress protector but it unfortunately it is just too big. It doesn’t have a snug fit so it’s not usable at all, unfortunately. The cotton finish is what I want and seems good quality but unfortunately it’s not a mattress cover that fits, so it’s not usable. I’m really disappointed.

I absolutely love this pure cotton mattre protector,I had been looking for 100% cotton one and so glad I found it in M&S. Its cool and doesnt make you sweaty like polyester ones do. Generous fit so it will be fine if you have a deep mattress.

Not as thick as my last one made by a company that is never knowingly undersold. Very underwhelming in thickness. Its size is all wrong too, the top area is massive. I think it would fit a Scandinavian double as the length far exceeds the bed.

I'm very disappointed with this mattress protector. I measured my mattress carefully before shopping to make sure that I got the correct size, and although the quilted top is good quality, the skirt is very loose and doesn't fit my mattress well at all, which is obviously unsatisfactory. The description on the packaging tells me that I have the correct size but it doesn't look like it!
