Temperature Sensor Firm Pillow

Bought this as it said firm and I’ve been suffering neck pain. Pillow, to me, is soft and I would take it back if I hadn’t used it (says on packaging once opened can’t return). If you want a soft pillow it’s fine but not if you want a firm pillow. Will just put in spare room but to me a waste of money

A little firm for my tastes at first but did soften up. More importantly seems to keep my head at the right temperature - I wake up sweaty a lot less often! Have now bought the temperature control mattress protector too based on its performance. Not quite as good as the old Outlast pillow that M&S used to make though - that was perrrrfect.

These were great when we first bought them but within a fortnight they'd lost about 50% of their firmness, which is what we bought them for. Disappointing

Got this for my husband, as he likes a firm pillow, but he is finding it a bit too firm. May get better.

Not sure if burly these pillows again. Had mush better ones in the past for less money! A bit disappointing!

The pillow feels cool to sleep on, brilliant, firm enough too.

The temperature pillows do exactly as you would expect they are comfortable and cool and very good value
