This affordable super light eye serum sits well under my eye cream giving additional moisture. On my third bottle!

No, I don't recommend this
Bought this eye serum yesterday 15th May - but shame i couldn't give it 4 stars as looks like from other reviews the bottle dropper is not fit for purpose. I fail to see how it can be a dropper when nothing hardly comes out. C'mon Marks you can do better than this...

Good serum, poor dispenser

Good serum, which I would give four stars, but ridiculous dropper system which does not work and leads to waste.

This is my third bottle of eye serum. Love the product but do not like the dispenser. Preferred the old style pump.

Great Product, terrible dropper system

I actually loved this product but the dropper bottle is ridiculous and needs to be changed. I defy any M&S executive to get to the end of this bottle hygienically and serenely. After a couple of weeks you can no longer suck it up into the dropper as it is too short, so you have to compromise hygiene by scraping it off the outside of the dropper, and then later banging the bottle frantically against your palm to get the rest of the product out. An unbelievably stupid delivery system for a lovely eye serum - why is nobody in charge on the ball about this? For that reason I will not be recommending it until the delivery system changes.

This is a lovely eye moisturiser which I’ve been using it for a long time. I’m very disappointed with the new dropper bottle and find that it doesn’t work well so that i end up wasting a lot of the product. The original pump action container was much better.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix

I have been using this product for years and love it. Why did M&S change it’s packaging ? The dropper does not work, it is no longer airtight and the consistency of the serum is different. This is such a shame, in the rush to just , do something new, they ruined it.

This is a good price to pay for an eye serum which seems light but hydrating. Not used it for long but pleased so far.

Irritating and sticky
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
I have moderately sensitive skin that often gets dry, and I have a lot of excess eyelid skin. I thought this would be good for me because it says 'super hydrate' as it was recommended to me by staff. It was cooling. But I didn't get to the super hydrating part because it started irritating my eyes whenever I blinked due to how sticky it was. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with a lot of excess eye skin. But I'm not sure why anyone would find a serum good for the eyes...

Bought this as I have a newborn baby so need some help with the gigantic bags under my eyes! Have found this serum to be really light and it doesn't sting around the eye area as I have tried eye creams before that do. Hopefully it will help overall but too early to say Will definitely look to get more from his brand.

Good product, spoilt by new packaging!

This is a good eye cream, and one I’ve used for some time. It used to be in a pump, but now it’s in a bottle with a dropper. Well, it doesn’t work....the dropper is covered (on the outside) with the serum, so there’s no point sucking any up into the dropper to dispense it, because you need to use the stuff on the outside! Very, very messy. I’m hoping to return this, as it’s too difficult to use, but I’m not sure of the M and S policy on cosmetics. Expensive mistake by me, if I can’t return it!

Nice light, cooling eye serum. A lot better quality than a variety of eye serums I have bought from a high street chemist. Very pleased with product, great value.
