The twist mechanism to turn off/on is too close to opening of tube so you end up doing both or neither. Net result has meant wasted product when you get it wrong.

I have the Prai throat cream and thought I would boost it with the serum. The locking device is a good idea if you are travelling. The steel rollerballs are cooling, you have to squeeze the tube to get a small amount of product between the rollers to apply to neck.

Have been buying the throat and décolletage roller ball serum for a long time. I felt cheated at the amount it had shrunk in size. It seems to be a third of the size it was. I certainly won’t be buying it again…

Ordered this after using a trial size. I really like the product delivery using the ball bearings in the neck of the tube and feel that this does help with pushing the product in (as none is being pushed into your finger tips). My neck does feel tighter after using it, but I'm not sure about longer term benefits. None of us can really hold back the aging tide can we, but if a product makes you feel better then use it I say!
