I know the weather has been very hot but the contents of the pot are just liquid. Perhaps meant to be but I've not had other balms of the same consistency. Very difficult to use and quite wasteful too. Also not good to use in the morning...cloudy eyes for half an hour!

It’s so beautiful, the smell is therapeutic & it washes off easily leaving my skin feeling hydrated & clean. Love it. The cotton cloth is a little bit rough on my skin- but a great idea

I have sensitive skin which is eczema prone, so I tried this cleansing balm with some trepidation! I previously used a very well known brand that costs 4 times the price for a similar sized pot, which I loved but was struggling to afford. Well wow! I am so impressed with this balm. I get the same results from this as I did with the expensive brand. I wear make up every day and use it to take off my eye makeup as well. I’ve been using it now, for over 6 months and Im only on my second pot. I just hope they don’t change it, it’s perfect.

I love this balm! It gets rid of waterproof mascara and stay-all-day liquid eyeshadow gently, without needing to rub. My skin feels so soft after using it that there’s no need to apply moisturiser straight away and it doesn’t bother my eczema. Good price too.
