I always use cleansing balm and in the past,use M&S or E H cleansing balms. However EH is expensive like this one so I only buy them where they are on offer. This balm is lovely and worth its price. It goes on easily and washes off well, without feeling dry

I love this product, very gentle on my sensitive skin and takes my makeup off. I just smooth a little onto my face and my makeup disintegrates, then I usually put a little warm water onto a cotton wool pad and rub this lightly over my face too.
