Disappointed. Very poor compared to last pair l bought. Little neck support. Seems little filling. Uncomfortable. At 52e they are priced higher than most others.

These are lovely and soft which suits my need - but I agree with other reviewers that they are not really 'Medium', more a soft pillow. Definitely recommend, but 'Firm' might be better for some.

I have purchased duck feather pillows & duvets for lot years , these are definatley not same quality , also they said medium i would say they were very soft , had ro return them .

Bought exactly the same filling content and medium firmness a couple of years ago. Loved them so bought 2 more. These are soft at best and limp. Once opened to check firmness, cannot return. Should have listened to other similar reviews 😣

A bit disappointed with these pillows,they could be a bit firmer,as a nateral product,they will not stay the way they are for long. Theres needs tobe more filling . So not really happy as you cant send them back.

Almost medium firm pillows

I bought these pillows to replace a very firm memory foam one. When I saw them on display in store, I thought it felt reasonably firm but not too soft. The pillows are well stuffed and in neat cotton cases and so far, none of the feathers have escaped! I’m not convinced they’re medium firm and seem more soft than firm but am happy with every other quality/style.

I have been using M&S duck and feather down pillows for many years but this latest purchase has been a disappointment. The pillows have the same soft consistency of previous versions but the volume of the content appears reduced which it turn provides less support when sleeping.
