I have had this pillow for 3 weeks now and I am sleeping so well. No more waking up to rearrange pillows in the wee small hours. I have less neck stiffness through the day. I love this pillow. I am normally a front and side sleeper but I am aware I am also now sleeping on my back, a position I have never been able to get comfy in before… this may have led to a little bit more snoring but I’m a very happy customer. The quilted top stops you sinking into a hollow, instead the pillow gives a little but still provides support. Fabulous.

Had high hopes for this pillow after the good reviews but have found it to be very hard with no bounce in it. It does hold it’s shape and I’m hoping it may soften but it definitely did not live up to expectations.

The pillow's really well made. I have found it to be firm rather than medium support. Usually find it difficult to find a supportive pillow that's not like a rock. This pillow offers good neck support, haven't had neck pain since I bought it.

I was a bit surprised that the pillow is much deeper than I thought it would be … but I’m just using it on its own instead of having two pillows. It’s a bit of a tight fit in the pillow protector and pillowcase which seems to make it feel a bit too firm at first. It plumps back into shape really well.

Fantastic pintuck pillow. Very comfortable. I normally change my pillow every 6 to 9 months and opt for a famous manufacturer's pillows but saw this on the M&S site and thought I'd give it a try, as it looked so similar to the one I replaced. You can't go wrong. A truly great pillow.
