No, I don't recommend this
I’m still in two minds about this pillow , it’s not very comfortable but I haven’t woken up with neck pain , I may stash it for when I do have neck pain and just use my feather marks and Spencer’s pillow every other night .

The degree of give or support in a pillow is a pretty subjective matter, all I can say is that this was just right for me. It was also quite cool in the recent hot spell.
