It has been a while since I have bought new pillows for myself. The medium density of these took some adjusting to, but now are fine. Spent too long previously with flat, soggy pillows!

Very disappointed with these pillows. I initially bought a pair and after only a few days of use, they became completely flat and lost their shape and support. I thought I may have received a faulty pair, so I bought a second pair, but unfortunately exactly the same thing happened again. For the price, I expected much better quality from M&S. It’s very disappointing to spend money on pillows that lose their shape after just a few days. I would not recommend them.

I bought these to help support neck and ease neck pain. Sink into the pillow which is supportive, almost like down pillows but better as without allergies. Need to plump up pillows before sleeping for maximum benefit Is helping with the neck pain as it is easing. Hoping they will last 1-2 years. Thank you

I bought these pillows when I realised that I had not changed my feather pillows for some time. It’s difficult buying pillows sight unseen but these are lovely quality and a very good price. I find them supportive enough for me but some people might feel they are too soft. Very pleased.

Bought these pillows to replace M&S previous ones. After washing them, found them rather lumpy, so, looked for different options. These pillows are perfect for my needs. They keep shape & not too hard. Hopefully, they will wash better than previous ones.
