I purchased these pillows as they stated firm but although they are soft my personal oppinion is that they do not support your head and neck .I am quite disappointed with these especially for the money i paid for them.

I needed a pillow to provide back support in bed. Used both of these - one horizontal at the bottom and another vertical over the top to support my spine. I have tried other versions which were cheaper at pther shops but they stop supporting or get very lumpy after a short time. Definitely worth the pennies.
