Very disappointed: they were not a pair: both the same size but the top of one was about a centimetre smaller than the other.

Comfortable but you can prominently see the cracks, wear and tear only after a few times of wearing them. The stitch is solid, they’re comfortable and certainly the most comfortable Chelsea boots I’ve owned.

I bought these boots on the 15 Dec 2023 and already the boots showing ripped wear and tear, it is a less than a month , I bought these from shop and I didn't keep the receipts, never thought I would need it because I expected such great quality from m&s , but I paid with a card so it shows the prove of purchase that's if Mark's Spence are interested, which I doubt. Guys please don't ignore other people's comments because that's what I did , ur better adding another 30 or 40 pound on and buy something better made.
