Christy's Straw Panama Hat

I purchased online for collection in store. The hat arrive to the store in a cardboard box. We checked it inshore and it was creased/damaged. So I had a refund and reordered another hat, as we had one had last year was great. The replacement hat arrived in store, in a plastic bag, it was so damaged it would have fit through a letter box. so didn't bother ordering another one. shopped elsewhere instead.

Unfortunately it didn’t sit properly on my partner’s head and the brim was too narrow. Shame. It was a well made nice looking hat.

Hat felt like cardboard - awful and the quality of design was not what I expected

I am still waiting for it to be delivered and I don't know why

This is the worst Panama hat I have ever purchased. The size for large is too small and the overall finish is cheap. This was a replacement for the one purchased from M&S several years ago. It’s like a seaside shop buy. Extremely dissatisfied. Will be returning.

It's a well made Panama Hat and it fits. It replaces my previous Panama Hat, also bought from M&S, which is wearing out. All I need now is some really nice weather, in order to wear it.

I bought the L/XL size but it was far too small so had to be returned. Otherwise it was very good quality.

Arrived in a plastic bag so was crushed and needed repair to make it look like a Panama instead of something worn by a clown whose been in a fight.

Not a very good quality hat. Poor shape and size. Very disappointing.

It came by mail, had been thrown into a soft bag with no tissue paper, or any wrapping, so it arrived crumpled, almost unrecognisable, looked like a rag, could not be reshaped. It looked small and skimpy and no way could it ever be a smart hat worthy of such a high price tag. I bought a panama hat for him at M&S a year or two ago, cheaper and much much smarter.
