They are a good fit, as m&s undies always are but after the first wash they have lost their shape, the lining at the top of the cup has curled around

I hate buying new bras and thought I had (surprisingly quickly) found exactly what I wanted. They were so comfortable and gave a good shape, and then I washed them. The outer fabric seems to have shrunk so you get an unsightly ridge across the top when wearing. 2 of the 3 bras were hand washed and the 3rd was washed on 30 degrees. All 3 have the same fault. Interesting that many others have had the same problem. Very disappointed - I would have expected better from M&S.

I loved these bras. They were perfect for me, until they were washed a couple of times. Now all three of them curl over at the top, leaving an embarrassing, unsightly and very noticeable ridge along the top edge. Such a shame, I thought I’d found the perfect bras, but they are only wearable for a very short time.

I have been wearing these bras for years (well over a decade). I have awkwardly-shaped breasts and can only wear bras in the balcony style. Up until recently, these M&S bras have been perfect for me. Unfortunately, the shape has changed in the last year or so and these bras now have a much deeper plunge with a narrower band connecting the cups, much less of a traditional balcony shape and remarkably similar to the M&S 'plunge' bras. Due to this, they no longer fit as they used to, which is immensely frustrating. M&S - PLEASE bring back the old shape.

Was delighted with this set but the first one didn’t wash so well. It curled at the top and lost shape. I followed the washing instruction. I will hand wash in future. Bit disappointed but they were a bargain price ….

These lost shape when washed. I have tried to reshape, use small net bag in washing machine. But the cups are still out of shape. It’s a shame as I have bought others which are great

Really nice fitting bra, and nice and comfortable but I ordered a balcony bra and then realised these are incorrectly labeled on the website as balcony and instead are a very comfortable t shirt style.
