My son has always been competitive and loves these trousers as they are perfectly made for three legged racing.

Good trousers - just that one of the trouser has a defect on the elastic at the waistband, it was not easy to adjust.

Nice trousers - not fully adjustable though!

No, I don't recommend this
Nice trousers but waist is not fully adjustable. Only the front elastics can be tightened. The back is non adjustable. This makes the product pretty useless for my very skinny child.

Unhappy because cut is slim/tight on leg and doesn’t fit my son for school.

A great idea however waist band change elastic could be bigger to cater for tall skinny boys. A softer material, even if more expensive would be gres

They do the job but are quite stiff and uncomfortable for my son. He has sensory issues and finds them unappealing.

Bobbly after first wash!!

On purchasing these I was really pleased with the quality, the fit was great, I loved the easy dressing option and they looked really smart. To make them a little more comfortable for my little boy starting reception in September I decided to wash them in advance along with the easy dressing shorts I'd also purchased. The label did not say to wash inside out unlike a lot of M&S's items so I thought there must be a real for this ( maybe to preserve the pleats) so I didn't wash them inside out and now they're all bobbly and it's going to look like my son is in hand-me-downs rather than brand new clothes. Absolutely gutted and not impressed at all!! Sort your washing labels out M&S!!
