Initially thought would be good quality as samsonite. We have used for first time. One zip is broken when we arrived and 2 locks were jammed and had to be broken to open the suitcases.we are not impressed at all and will need to be returned to Samsonite under warranty. They really are not fit for purpose and we have never had such poor quality from samsonite or M & S. Thankfully we use suitcase covers and lockable straps on all suitcases. Hope this is enough to get everything home intact

Exterior is lovely and strong for a light weight case, however the straps inside are very disappointing, don't allow for much clothes below them, they are awkward to work, had to dismiss using them, No point in having an expanding suitcase, if the interior does not allow for clothes to be kept in place.

It is Ver light and seems roomy and robust. Next week’s holiday will b3bth test. Nice colour, different from other shades so hopefully it will be easy to spot.

Really happy with this suitcase. I had heard Samsonite suitcases were meant to be brilliant, but this one was a good bit cheaper than some of their others so I didn’t know what to expect. I have been really impressed - very well made, wheels are a dream and it’s really light. I’m going to buy one of each size!

Seems very flimsy & not sure for the price it’s value for money, if I saw this in the shop & not online would not of bought it ! I’m going to return it and get a refund.
