Bought as a casual shirt but much too snug fitting for a regular shirt, it will be worn with a tee underneath but not what it was bought for. Other shirts from M and S in the same size a perfect fit so why is this so poor? Fabric and colour perfect

My husband bought this in a large which was true to size and had long enough sleeves and body for his 6'2 frame. Washes well but does need a steam iron. Seems good quality.
