Grippy sole in the cold and wet. Available in half sizes is a big plus for me. Although not marketed as waterproof, no issues in the rain and puddles. My reservation is comfort. Although subjective, no where near my most comfortable shoes. Not sure why, although the insole is flat with only limited cushioning, which probably doesn't help. I find them acceptable for intermittent, urban, use in bad weather, but wouldn't like to have to wear them all day, or on a long hike.
